Stayed here twice within the last week. Generally the hotel is decent. However a couple things just to be aware of. First night Wi-Fi would not connect I asked the manager, he said he'd look at it. It never got fixed till the morning by a different manager. Second time we stayed, our bathroom had not been cleaned. Soap and hair from the previous person and one towel left. Was late so I didn't ask till the morning. Wife went down and asked if someone could clean it and they said they would look into it but no one ever came. Breakfast was very limited compared to similar Hamptons. Pretty disappointing for a Hilton. Some managers are really nice and some could care less. Probably won't stay at this one again.

Positive: Very clean! Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and well-appointed room. Decent breakfast as well. Negative: Nothing at all - great stay, will definitely consider if we return to the area.

The room was clean and nice the bed wasnt extremly comfortable but not terrible the pillows were not very comfortable either. The man at the desk said breakfast was 6:30-10am When i came down to eat breakfast at 9:27 the lady was taking everything away and wouldnt even let me have what was still out. She was a real piece of work. Not sure what her problem was but i thought that was extremly rude. I would have came down earlier had I been given the correct time turns out it was over at 9:30 but no excuse for her behaivour. This was the morning of March 3rd I stayed March 2nd. I hope whoever she is that worked the kitchen on march 3rd gets to hear about this. I can darn sure tell ya that if i was to call the head quarters at Hampton they would not ne happy. I stay at Hampton all the time and i know costomer service is something they pride themselves on. With help like that i will stay at another hotel when im in that area from now on.

Digital key did not work. Even though I went through the time and effort to set it up and do the "pre-check-in" online, I had to check in at the desk and use a plastic key. The staff member said "it wasn't working" and not much else. Not a big deal but I expect more from a Hilton property. I purposely stayed 20 minutes away from the New years event place because the hotels next to our destination had bad reviews. Turns out I could have saved myself the drive and money and stayed closer. Breakfast is another issue. The sign and web page showed breakfast served until 10am yet when we came down around 9:30 am, there was no coffee, no eggs and the staff had begun to eat breakfast apparently. Since it was new years eve/day - there should have been some advance planning by the hotel management. More coffee. More eggs. Later hours for breakfast, etc. This is what I would expect from a Hilton property. It is why i paid more to stay at one. You guys need to do better.

You'll be more comfortable in the holiday inn express just a few blocks away. Much nicer for that price range.
You can check-in anytime but check-out is at 11am.
