Have been getting take-out from here for over 30 years. I remember Mike the original owner who was honored in the Medina Gazette for the best Chinese Food award. From what I see he has been gone for some time..But the same tradition has continued and the same exact flavor or family recipe has kept our entire family coming back for years. Wish we knew what happened to Mike Wang the previous owner but Hop Hing will always be the best Chinese food in the entire state of Ohio...

This is really delicious! Purchased 3 egg rolls and the red sweet sauce on the side. I ordered chicken with vegetables and I was pleasantly surprised to see the cook used a sweeter red sauce on our main dish, it was Excellent! Quality vegetables, cooked firm and just right. Tender chicken. Egg rolls excellent. Had to get two bags of shrimp chips. Loved everything and we will be back to order the same meal thank you !

I am so sad!!! We ordered last night. The girl who answered was VERY rude, firstly-we almost called her back and cancelled the order, but I felt bad. The dumplings were mushy, and the vegetable fried rice was okay, but the cabbage tasted like it was not washed and the mushrooms were definitely too old to eat (tasted gross.) We are of course very disappointed, because this was our "go-to" place for good Asian-American food, but we now have to switch to somewhere else! We both got sick today and I am sure it was this food. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
