I paid for a month but when I went to use it today they told me my membership was up. Technically I only got three weeks of tanning. It cost me over $120. Not sure why I am not getting my full month. Very disappointed.

Refused to do business with this place because they were so unprofessional. The manager lady made me feel super uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. If you prefer happy and friendly environment, I would stay away from this place.

The word “disappointment” doesn’t even come close to explaining this place. The employees are constantly trying to sell you things to the point where it makes you uncomfortable. When I tried to close my account for the summer, the employee screwed up and never closed it out properly. I was still charged almost $60 for that month. Although it was completely the employee’s error, I was the one that suffered from their mistakes. When I talked to the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do and refused to refund my money. These people are SCAM ARTISTS. They will take every last cent from you if they can! It got to the point where I canceled my credit card and declared fraud charges on them because I was afraid they weren’t going to stop charging me! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! I will never be returning to this horribly frustrating place.

First time customer today. My normal tanning salon closed early so I drove out to Medina planning to only tan once. Instead I bought a package and will be staying a customer. First, I was greeted by the nicest employees I've ever encountered. Literally so friendly and engaging. No pressure to buy anything, however, they informed me of specials and packages and answered my questions. Though my intention was only to tan once and return to my normal salon, these two ladies (Zoe who first greeted me and Jill who ultimately helped me) made the visit so memorable that I bought a package. I cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, politeness, and general demeanor. I owned a retail store at one point- I would have loved to have these ladies as employees. They represent an ideal employee. Great job either selecting the people or training them. Walked out with the best experience I've ever had a tanning bed. Well done!

The top is around 90 a month. You have to go in to cancel or they will keep automatically withdrawing the money.
