They need to update their website with falls information, I went at 3 o'clock and th3 facility was already close, as their websites said differently at 4 pm 1600 hrs. The passport card is used 5o travel by land. The destination is irrelevant. If you intend to travel by plane, you need a passport book.

As far as I know you'll need a secondary photo identification. A school i.d. and expired driver's license. Since you're appointment is in 4 weeks the turn around time would not be next day. More like 3-5 days most likely. Hope this helps.
