Everytime we go here there is something missing or if we ask to add something they charge us for it but don't add it. One time I asked for no pickles on my burger and they put 10 pickles on it and it ruined the burger. Half the carhops don't work and it has been that way for several months. The employees are trying there best they are never rude just feel like they don't have any support. I really enjoy sonic but this store is lacking.

This store is definitely building itself back up! I love that there’s something new to try monthly with their monthly promos. Cheese tots are my favorite thing on the menu and a great place to get an ice cream shake or blast!

Sonic is one of my favorite restaurants ever, however my experience with the Wenatchee sonic has always been terrible. 30+ waits in line at night with NO ONE behind us. I also worked there and it’s was the easiest job I had ever done. There’s absolutely 0 reason for someone to be waiting 30 plus minutes for a small amount of food.

Ordered at the drive thru at 12:27 pm. Told it will just be a minute, I guess a minute now means 45 minutes. Then she walk up to me and said her headset is broke but have to turn it off twice cuz it was echoing when I was telling her my order but it worked for the customer behind me. It took over an hour to from start to finish, and I didn’t get the right order on top of that. I requested for onion rings and got French fries. She also decided the sauce to pun in my bag. When requested for a sauce I wanted, she got an attitude that she have to switch the sauce. The least that she could have done for the amount of time and gas this have cost me is to be nice and accommodate my request. I’m never coming back from this place again.
