I used to like, well somewhat like the food. However this particular location has steadily deteriorated to where I no longer want to eat the food. Starting off the cashier or rather the drive thru lady couldn't stop giggling or chatting and wasn't able to get our order right. Then the lad that took our cash asked us if we wanted straws with our drinks. No, we'll imbibe them through osmosis. Anyway we got home, and began to eat what can be described as anything other than the chicken sandwich we ordered, not sure what mine was but to say it was disgusting would be an insult to the adjective. The thing was slimy, and smelled of old dirty feet. I chewed or gummed about four bites and gave up. They don't change the oil, and slap grimy lettuce, about one quarter of a leaf of it, on a gritty bread that was as if it was run over by one of walmarts dirty wobbly shopping carts. I tried giving this place another chance. I really did. I won't be back that's for sure. Change the oil, and get your act together guys. You serve food, not gruel, to people, not slaves. Good riddance.

The food is as you would expect for fast food. Good and priced reasonably. Nathan helped me today and was very kind and helpful. The other staff also all seemed friendly. I dont know if my experience is isolated or not, but the customer service made the visit for me.

I go to the Burger King literally every morning to get the same thing today I asked if the digital coupons were working and was told not sure and when I asked if I can use it the manager Juanna was bothered by it I just don’t understand how they offer coupons and deals and when you asked to use it the managers always get an attitude about it smh if it wasn’t for customers come in every day they wouldn’t have a job

Stopped on my way home from work, didn't check my order until I got home, didn't get my onion rings. Phone number on receipt is no good. Not happy at all. Follow up: I returned the following day and got a refund on the missing onion rings.
