Staff is super friendly and helpful. Equipment is organized and works better than 24 hour fitness. I also love how you are not waiting for Machines to open up.

I am a travel nurse and have been to planet fitnesses all up and down the coast and for the most part the bathrooms and showers are kept up either pretty well or excellently (I understand it’s a public shower, so it’s not going to be spotless, but it should be sanitary)- this is the most disgusting planet fitness I have ever been to. Very unsanitary- which is especially crazy considering that the gym showers used to be shut down due to Covid precautions, but now evidently there are no cleanliness precautions being taken in any form. There’s clumps of hair, used paper towels, broken pieces of plastic and everything else in the shower floors. The shower curtains are moldy. There are fingerprints all over the walls and around the door handles to the changing rooms, etc. My husband showered in the men’s and reported the same. We both reported it to the manager and she said they have been having complaints- I am hoping this is managed quickly, because it’s so bad, it would be enough for me to find another gym- but based on other reviews I am seeing, apparently it’s been addressed before but no changes

This has got to be the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever seen not just at a Planet Fitness but anywhere. I work a job where I have to practically be in a different city everyday so I’ve showered at nearly every Planet Fitness from the I.E. to the O.C. and to L.A. Never have I seen black mold growing on the walls of the shower. Also some kind of new orange bacteria growing in the last shower. Only one toilet was working and barely. Cleanciderate????? You’re really running that track over the speakers knowing your showers look like that? You’re worried about Coronavirus. Staph infection kills people too.

Let the pictures speak for themselves. Shampoo bottles, clumps of hair, and toothpicks in each and every shower is what you can expect daily. This is not a one time situation. The showers themselves need to be remodeled, but I'd be fine just seeing them not completely contaminated for once. Not sure who owns this facility, but it is easily the worst maintained in the entire country. "Let the homeless destroy the bathrooms so bad no one will use them anymore" seems to be the motto.

It should be that simple to transfer, but because the Laguna Niguel Club did not collect any fees in July, my account is showing as not in good standing. And because of that I can't transfer until it is in good standing and I can't do that without the Laguna Niguel Club opening. It's very Frustrating. Why would the LN club show everyone as delinquent? Looks like I can't work out until LN opens, even though I have a club that is open 1 mile from me. This is a bad glitch in the system.
