Like other reviewers, I had an issue with my Allavino wine fridge that I purchased 4.5 years ago. Marissa from the Beverage Factory support team was relentless in helping me to diagnose the problem and connect me with the right person at the company with the product knowledge to sort it out. Once we determined the issue, I was able to purchase an inexpensive part that I was able to install myself at a tiny fraction of the cost of a more expensive repair or service call. Considering these wine coolers are now over 2x the original cost from 2017, I was happy to have an inexpensive solution to my problem. I ordered my supplies through beverage factory website. Their is a lot of information on how components work and how to make carbonated beverages. They also have helpful info in what you need to get started with kegging. They handled any questions and concerns I had with expedition and solved my problems with haste and kept in contact with me the whole time and for that I'm a happy customer.

The Kegco units Beverage Factory sells are complete garbage. Our third unit in 4 years just died. I forget how long the first one lasted. Maybe a year. It stops cooling, then they tell you to get a replacement you need to extend the warranty. We have the unit installed under a counter, so we went along with this because it was easier than reworking the bar. Don't buy anything from these people. It's a third rate operation with fourth rate products.

Stay away! I ordered a kegerator and Beverage Factory charged me $3,258.34, which was approximately $300 more than we originally agreed to. Then decided to send me a far inferior kegerator than what I ordered. Plus it was a returned unit that had a price tag on in it of $599.00. When I complained I was told I don’t understand how part numbers works and then I was told it really isn’s a customer return. This sounds like a classic bait and switch, bordering on fraud. Now they are holding my money while I have to store a cheap piece of junk in my garage while I wait for them to arrange shipping.

You can't cook in the keg, you can do ferment (wouldn't recommend it), but you definitely use it as a secondary.
They don't have component parts for the refrigerator, but if it's for the draft beer system, yes.
