The coaches and staff at Sol are knowledgeable, trained and able to connect with the players in a way that brings out the best in their ability. My daughters have been a part of San Diego Sol for about four years now and have gained so much knowledge about the game. They bring lots of basketball passion to the floor with with them, but Sol has really helped to raise their Basketball IQ. San Diego Sol is their home away from home. We always believe the girls are safe whenever they are at the Sol Complex. Both girls hope to return to Sol someday as coaches, because of the impact Sol coaches have had on them.
