They made me sit outside in the main entrance of building, even though there was only one person in the waiting room. My friend who was waiting for his appointment crushed discs and all, waited with me. He was in excruciating pain. The receptionist people were rude. As a disabled person, I would never make an appointment here. They seem to discriminate and lack compassion.

Had an appointment at 3:45. Arrived at 3:45 and all the front desk people were on the phone. One person got off the phone at 3:55 and said to come back in 2 weeks because I was late. I explained that everyone was on the phone and no one was there to check me in. They did not care and said to be back in 2 weeks. Terrible organization that is full of 9-5 type personalities. Dolce along with her co-workers clearly do not like their jobs. When I called the manager to file a complaint, the call went to voicemail. Totally expected from an organization that is not customer centric. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a very good experience at Mink Radiologic Imaging. The staff was professional and kind, the machinery used is state-of-the-art. The facility felt spacious and comfortable.

I took MRI on Mink and was extremely happy in my exam. After making my appointment, the day before Gloria called me to give all the information, but she was spectacular, very attentive, and calm. When I arrived I was answered immediately by Sonia, very sweet also, I had to fill out forms, of course, afterward, I was called for my exam. The clinic is super spacious, respecting all rules (COVID), with infrastructure and clean. Anyway, I recommend this clinic.
