I've shopped at this pandora 3 times now. On July 7, 2022, I bought an open heart charm and an employee named Nadia gave me a military discount because my husband is in the military by showing her my military ID. The second time I went here was on July 11, 2022. Julieta was the employee and I bought a glow in the dark firefly charm and sail boat dangle charm with military discount. All I had to do was show my military ID and they would give the discount. But today was different. I bought 2 blue butterfly charms and an employee named Crystal assisted me at the register. I asked for a military discount at first but she didn't give it to me right away. I went to Id.me to show her the barcode for the military discount but it was under my husband's name so she didn't give it to me. Normally, I would get the military discount the same as using my own military ID. This time i showed a barcode on id.me but it's under my husband's name so she refused to give the discount. Crystal asked the manager as she is about to walk out the store about the military discount. The manager replied, "It has to be an active military member but give it to her anyway." After that, I got my military discount and asked Crystal for her name. Then she said, "Crystal. Want me to spell it out for you?" The management seems poor and the some of the employees are disrespectful. Most stores give you military discount when you show your own military ID, or equivalent. Such as a barcode on ID.me of the active duty military member. This has worked for me in an Adidas and Underarmour store based on my experience.

The wait is ridiculous here and they don't ever have anything in stock or they haven't processed inventory for display. Their time management is awful! With new covid rules, the wait outside is long as it is, but after a person leaves they literally wipe down slower than a toddler learning how to take a first step. Timed them at 4 minutes before they call next. They gotta step up their game.

The manager Shelby is AWESOME and so are the associates. They're all very knowledgeable and make great design suggestions making your piece look AMAZING!!! Pandora is my go to place for that special someone.
