Great staff but the place is going down hill like the rest of that Neighborhood. Restroom always smell and they are rarely clean. The spray cleaning bottle look very diluted mostly water. The Massage machine never work. I usually go to the one in Corona it's all ways clean and ready for me to get a good workout in.

Very disappointed at this gym and the staff. I first moved to Riverside, CA for school. I had a phone number and I got the black card membership. I then got a new phone line with the area code. Later I switched my membership from the black card to the basic. They asked me for all my information again. I gave them my new phone number. I told them I wanted to switch plans. Instead they opened up another account with my new phone number. The manager held no accountability when it's common sense that a member should not have two accounts. I closed down one account because I was moving. Then I was wrongfully charge for the basic for months! They were stealing money from me by not closing down the black card and switching my plan to the basic. Then when I closed an account they did not automatically see on file I had another account. Very unprofessional and ignorant. They had 1 job! Do not recommend and be careful switching plans

*** BEWARE **** Facility is good friendly. *** However BE AWARE you are signing a lifetime commitment giving your banking info to criminals in management or at corporate office who will attempt and re- attempt and re -attempt and re-attenpt to steal money from your bank account bo matter how many times you cancel online by email or over the phone. If they have an old account they will OVERDRAFT it repeatedly and cause infinite OVERDRAFT and/or NSF fees until you close the bank account or SUE Planet Fitness and request an injection from a judge to STOP STEALING MONEY. I am filing a complaint with the California Attorney General tomorrow and will likely sue Planet Fitness for the $90 in NSF fees and OVERDRAFT fees from UNAUTHORIZED transactions I removed my consent to. *** BEWARE ****

The equipment is in perfect condition. Friendly staff. I look forward to seeing great results as i begin my new regime! The music was a nice addition to the work-out. So were the numerous televisions located all over the gym. Best thing... they are open 24 hours!

Yes, there is a trainer. His name is Eric. The training sessions come at no additional charge, and there are options for you to create your own workout session with him if you don't want to do the scheduled training sessions that target specific muscle groups.

Yes it's open. You can get the basic plan for 10$ a month or pay 20$ for the black membership all the perks like a +1 guess and jump form locations and more, I recommend the black membership.

Hi there, Dani! The classic membership is accompanied by a $5 franchise fee for visits outside of one's home club. However, the Black Card membership does allow members to visit outside locations at no additional cost. Hope this helps!
They will also give you a little card that can go on your keys with a barcode to scan

Hello, Mary. If you would like to cancel while we're closed, you can send us a signed letter requesting a cancellation, as mail is still being collected. Your letter should include your name as it appears on your membership agreement, your intent to cancel, your contact information (email address or phone number) and a physical signature.

All our memberships require a checking account to automatically draft fees every month, as well as a secondary form of payment, such as a debit/credit card. This just helps you avoid missing any payments and getting stuck with late fees that are commonly associated with lost/stolen credit cards or having to constantly update billing info when the cards expire.
