This place is nothing short of amazing! The staff here is super knowledgeable and if they don’t know something they’ll find someone in the store who does. John, Alexa and Juan are the best! Bought tons of film here, had it developed and scanned. Prices are great and the service is unmatched. I’ve had a few cameras here repaired and if there’s any issues during the warranty period there’s no extra cost! Had pretty quick turn around on parts when there’s parts available and if not they’ll keep you updated every step of the way. I really can’t say enough good things about this place, it’s a one stop shop for all your photography needs.

Image One Camera has excellent staff and great customer service. I have done business with them for several years. I will continue to give them my business. I don't remember the name of young lady that helped me, but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really liked how she was able to look up my last lens purchase so that I could find a comparable one to the one I broke. She found it right away and was able to recommend a new lens that was even better than what I had before. I had to wait for it to come in, but I got a call that it arrived sooner than I expected. I highly recommend Image One Camera.

Yes I have had my cameras sensors cleaned here . And firmware updated at the same time.
They do intact buy old cameras and lens they seem valuable enough to resell

How the tripod will be used is the main factor. If she will use it traveling, then one of the light weight ones that fold compactly would be best. If she will be using a heavy lens, then a more substantial tripod will be needed. Choose one that has a ball head mount. There is a good selection and the staff will be very helpful. As in many things you get what you pay for.
They sell drones. I would suggest that you call them. They do service on many products. They are very helpful.
