Tina, from the pharmacy is always extremely rude and discriminatory. I wish someone would pay more attention to how she treats people.

Job applicants for the pharmacy, beware! The pharmacist may not have taken the 30 seconds it takes to read over your resume and the store manager may have called you over for an interview, only for the pharmacist to then read through your resume during the actual interview and then automatically disqualify you. She will grill you during this and make you feel awful. Apply elsewhere. She's wasting her time, the store manager's time, and most importantly your time.

I have been using this pharmacy ( Desert Inn and Fort Apache ) for nearly 5 years, the staff is always kind , very helpful and good natured . They get an A+ . They listen to their customers even when the customer is being rude to them which i have witnessed many times . It always amazes me to watch the pharmacy personel de escalate a situation when the customer won't accept what they're being told . I mean .... sometimes it has 0 to do with the pharmacy and everything to do with their Drs office not doing their job correctly but it's the pharmacy tech that has to stand there and be insulted and spoken to rudely by the customer 😲 Anyway .... the staff at this location gets an A+ ✌

I called to ask about my prescription since I’m sick and I need my antibiotics sooner than later, I was on hold for exactly one hour, Nicole answered the phone, she was rude and rushing, I said I can wait for you to check since I’ve been on hold for an hour, her response was “we’re hiring if you know someone that wants to work”. I’m dealing with being sick and patiently waited for an hour on hold and that’s what the employee has to say? If you’re going to have that attitude, you should look for another job then and let the people who actually want to work work. She should be re trained or fired.
