I've been coming here once a week if not twice for almost 5 years have never had a problem until today. First off I have a 3 week newborn in the car waiting for me as I write this... Unfortunately Lisa the cashier who has helped me many times in the future with no problem today was very rude and could not help me try to understand how to use the discount from the app / website. When I asked her to help me with it even when she could verify the coupon she said she could not help. And dismissed me I understand there's a line but I waited my turn as well. Very disappointed Lisa when she's usually been so nice

This is a spot you need to visit on the off chance that you want solid items at a truly reasonable cost. Ralph's is my favorite place to shop for food daily because I live right next door to it. I usually grab lunch there from the awesome Salad Bar. Sesame Ginger dressing is the bomb. I also like the hot meal center for like mash potatoes, onion rings and other great stuff. Ralph's is an intricate part of my life.

They are now open from 5am-2am. In response to the previous answer; I have made many requests to have info edited and they've all been handled, so I'm not sure why you're having so much trouble!? Due to the current pandemic, the hours of most places are constantly changing

Yes i would say so as long as they are doing it near the front door...best bet is tonpark in underground garage free of charge and u can take cart all the way to car and leave it there..I live a block away from this store and i have never seen the security guard assault anyone for taking a cart outside as long as it isn't going a block down the street and bring it right back inside...the homeless are always trying to snatch carts so that is reason the security is there.

I also suggest you consider option to register (sign up) for an online personal user account @ their Website (& get their loyalty/club card (Shopper's Card), & add/associate/link with the user account in account settings). When you sign in (login) to your user account, then you can save items in lists, select your regular store (My Store), see your purchased items (for purchases made with your loyalty/club/Shopper's card/account), get Ralphs digital coupons, & notifications, etc. Many benefits online & with a user account, browse their Website for info & options.

Hours changed ~ 2017 Sep. Hours normally 05:00am-02:30am (closed 2.5 hours), 21.5hours/day, everyday. (Except some holidays.) (Hours were 24 hours/day before.) I shop here. Confirmed in person at store. Sometimes they won't let you enter the store a few minutes before closing (about 5minutes before). Question original poster - so seems hours changed soon after your post.
