Okay. Sorry to hear about that. But, sorry to say, such a thing could have happened just about anywhere, these days; not just at Ralphs.

Yes true. But if being old does not mean you get to threaten or be rude to innocent parties. And for a manager to only talk to one side isn't appropriate either. I believe if your elders have a mental issue they should not be able to be out by themselves. This woman needs help and what if it we someone other than a nice person. It's real a shame that I no longer a customer but it's been repeatedly an issue there.
