Are shoppers allowed to bring their cart out to the curb without being assaulted by the security guards? Serious question, asking for a friend who was assaulted

Yes i would say so as long as they are doing it near the front door...best bet is tonpark in underground garage free of charge and u can take cart all the way to car and leave it there..I live a block away from this store and i have never seen the security guard assault anyone for taking a cart outside as long as it isn't going a block down the street and bring it right back inside...the homeless are always trying to snatch carts so that is reason the security is there.

I'll remember this wonderful answer next time... I promised I would bring it back but that wasn't good enough for the man.
