I have lived here for a year and a half and I absolutely love it here. I just re-leased for another 14 months! I'm 20 mins from work and super close to the UTC mall. The front desk, especially Jaime, are all super helpful and fantastic, the amenities are incredible, and maintenance tickets are immediately taken care of. I do want to shout out Juan as well, who not only conducted my annual PM checks, but also helped me change my battery in my AC unit. He is truly a great technician and i'm so grateful he was able to help me. Thank you Solazzo! :)

I rented here for a few months during covid. I called the main office to let them know I would be vacating within the appropriate notice time frame. Unbeknownst to me, they sent me a piece of paper that sat in the mailbox there (which I rarely check as it was a temporary living situation). Because I didn't get this piece of paper and sign it and send it back they claim I now owe them another month of rent. Granted they sent the paper because I let them know I was vacating with the appropriate 30 days notice, but the paper that sat in the mailbox is now costing an additional months rent. They are unwilling to listen or be reasonable. They also had hideous water bugs crawling out of every drain in the apartment. Good luck if you rent here, they are unethical in my opinion.

Lived here for a few years and had a great experience. Everyone including the leasing office and maintenance team were very helpful, kind, and respectful. The location was great too. Walking distance to many markets, restaurants, and shops and minutes away from the beach. My only complaints are that the neighbors weren’t the most courteous and the walls are super thin so it was loud a lot, there was also a mold issue in our unit. Besides that, I really enjoyed living here.

Hard Atwork

I recently renewed my lease and looking forward to another peaceful year here at Solazzo. I have lived in many apartments and by far this is best. The grounds are well kept and the fitness, pool are always clean and ready to be used. They even have a bbq area that is available to use. My dog even gets to play in a doggy park. What makes this place unique is the staff. When there are happy employees it shows from the quality of work they deliver. Thank you for let us make this home.
