Literally the worst pizza experience ever. Order at 5:50pm I figure maybe 45mins to an hour wait.at 8:00 pm I called the store and immediately got put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on me. So I drove to the store to pick up my delivery. Didn't offer anything just a "I'm sorry" I asked if the pizza is cold lied straight to my oh touch the bottom of the box it's warm. Well I had to microwave my pizza because it was cold. I'll never order here again. The last year they e been a terrible store. And no sign of improvement. I will actively dissuade people from ordering here.

Called 3 times, pressed 0 to talk with someone at least 8-10 times before someone picked up the phone. Ended up going to get my order myself and all I get was excuses with almost no apology. Last time I ordered another manager called me once and got snippy because I was unavailable to get to the phone and canceled my entire order. Used to be one of the best dominos but obviously has gone downhill.. such a shame.

Ordered at 9:36pm after a long day of work. It's 11:13, still nothing. I tried calling and eventually, the phone was picked up, but no one talking as if they just set it to the side to stop the ringing. If they don't have a driver for delivery, just tell me. Edit: I finally got word that the driver was out this whole time.

Been over 2 hrs I’m still waiting on delivery of a pep and cheese pizza… they told me 30 min ago it was out for delivery… they also told me 1 hr wait time… i hope they don’t want me to pay for a cold pizza….this is what they sent me!!! Trash service
