Most often my experience using their drive thru is a good one. To me they stand out because the person on the speaker taking orders is frequently very polite and sounds happy to help. Maybe 1 of 50 of my orders has had a slight issue with a custom item. Many years ago it was much worse. Occasionally the phone app or their system is slow to sync up. A couple times they could not find my mobile order at the speaker and when I got to the window had me pull to the side.

Fast service and clean. Actually was able to eat inside....no Hodge podge blocking tape or chairs stacked to show not to eat inside

Worst Customer Service. I've been here on multiple occasions and they forget something from the order and I have to drive back and get my missing item. This time I decided that I just wanted my order done over since they forgot an item and I didn't want the rest of my food to get cold and I didn't know which Item was missing exactly, didn't want to open each individual item to check. I walked in handing them the bag of food asked nicely to please just redo the order and I didn't know what was missing. The lady said ok and to go ahead and keep the other food, ok I set it aside and and was waiting. Then she proceeded to help the lady make the food and started talking in Spanish, unfortunately I couldn't hear what she said so idk what was said. She then returns to me with foul attitude and asks for the food back which was fine, i had originally handed it to her anyway. She tosses it somewhere seemed angry or annoyed. She finally gives me my order, I ask for my receipt and she doesn't want to give it to me I ask why. She doesn't have an answer and then asks if she can give it to me they tell her yes she makes a comment in Spanish saying what if i return and try to get more food. I got upset and say it was their mistake and that they shouldn't be making it seem like i the customer am in the wrong for wanting the correct order that I paid money for. What got me most upset is they acted as if I was trying to get free food when I literally walked in handing the food bag back to them. Now I am back home and I noticed they made my food smaller and they still managed to make it wrong as well. Gotta return again and I'm just getting my money back instead.

Taco Bell is the same since my HS days some 25 years ago. Reliable and somewhat healthy choices. Tasty and inexpensive choices. Love the quesadillas, tostadas and bean and cheese burrito! Door dash delivers👍🏼
