Does what it says on the tin, four stars in the context of mcd's. Half the kiosks are closed in the name of social distancing, but you need to wade through the people waiting in line to get to the soda fountains.

Ordered ahead but dining room and drive up was closed so had to wait in the longest drive thru line ever! However, fries and nuggets were fresh and hot so I was very happy with the food.
Sell Stuff
I've been buying bags of ice from McDonald's for $2 for years. They tried to charge me $4 then when I told them about it, John the manager said the least they could do was $3. The Dollar Tree has a bag of ice for a $1.25. More convenient to buy here but now I will buy from the Dollar Tree across the street. Plus some McDonald's sell the bags for less than $2!

Hi Jazmin, I would either go in person or call Corp. Get their 1800 #, through Google, and tell them about your concerns. Most times, places will reimburse you your money or replace your meal. One thing to remember, never lose your cool. I've learned that. When I go somewhere and the person can't help. I say, nicely ok, well if you can't help me is there someone else above you who can? And either they help or say, well, I'll do this, this time. I say ok,thank you I really appreciate it.
