Not happy with the service on this location. This spot is beyond clean and mostly of the workers are great. But one cashier in particular needs lots of help. Every morning he makes my coffee wrong! Don't know why...

I came in with low expectation, and I received exactly that. I went in to get a double quarter pounder with cheese, simple enough. I put up on the menu saying, "extra salt". When the burger came, it was very messy. It was so messy that I was only able to eat half of the lettuce. The tomato slices were thick, and one of the only two slices was the end slice so there was less juice. The meat seemed like it was toss from across the kitchen. While one of the patty, the other one was halfway hanging out, making it hard to grab. Oh, it was bland. Yes, I could not taste any faint trace of salt on the meat at all. People make fun of Burger King for not seasoning their patties, but BK's are way more flavorful than this one. Overall, I came out disappointed. However, this was withing expectation. I would recommend people to go here only for the ice cream or vanilla shake if the machine functions.

I wish the people at the drive-thru and counters could read and speak ENGLISH because I have hard time getting what I ordered because of it. They usually have to call the the managers for help on a SIMPLE word. They should at LEAST learn food and restaurant words like like cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, cream, ice, large, lid, cup, fork, etc. etc. I mean, GEEEEZ!!! 😟

Breakfast biscuits were hard as a rock. Payed for extra bacon on my bacon egg cheese biscuit, got a sausage biscuit.😡 I'll never go there again. Check your order, when you leave the drive thru folks bet you didn't get what you ordered.
