Used to work a for a company that has done some work at Ridpath. These are slumlord apartments. Alot of sketchy and illegal things happeing around and inside the apartments. people commiting suicide in the parking lot happens here apparently. Terrible management. Dirty and disgusting inside and out. As you can imagine people living in units have mental health and serious substance difficulties. Run while you can.

They have a major bed bug infestation they wanna up the the rent that place ain't worth what they trying to charge it's rundown they control your heat and air-conditioning they control the elevator but yet they wanna go up on the rent that place need to be shut down period and if anyone claim that this place is wonderful is then they are a lier

The Ridpath Hotel also known as the Ridpath Club Apartments is a complex of 4 Buildings which were built between 1899 and 1963. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Always has bed bugs and they go the cheap and dangerous route by getting exterminators to use toxins to kill them instead of heat; either elevator, water, or electricity is out and needed to get fixed. They up charge on rooms and act like since utilities are included we are getting a deal; even though utilities are constantly needed fixing. Don’t fall for the trap. If they was the business then the market would say so and they wouldn’t always have vacancy.

There is parking meters all around the block, a parking lot across the street then 175 a month before underground parking
I did until they cut the lock on my friend's bike out front. It was attached to a street sign. They took the bike and wouldn't let him get it back.
I am the postman for the ridpath and they've done an awesome job with the renovations. The management is super nice and approachable.

I just got in on the 3rd floor at $495 a month. 4th is $515 and i think its supposed to increase the higher up you go as you get better views living higher up.
