We bought a recliner there and when we got it home we decided it just didn't quite fit us. We took it back for a return with no questions asked. We bought a different recliner which fit us better. Tina was wonderful to work with and completely understood about our return. Great company to work with.

We are new to the Albany area and wanted to replace our couches and bed room set. After checking several furniture stores in the area we found Rife’s furniture. From the very first moment we walked in Ashlie greeted us and showed us the king bedroom set. She showed us the Stanton couches and explained the made in Oregon quality. Every thing was exactly what we were looking for. Also, a great price and all in stock. Ashlie was absolutely perfect in helping us with our new furniture. It made buying furniture a pleasant experience.

When looking for a couch we tried a couple of locations. Not seeing anything we "loved" or felt happy buying we went to Rife's in Albany. We were greeted by Ashli. We informed her we were only in the looking stage, which unlike the other stores (not Rife's) she acknowledged our desire to look, pointed out particular brands, making note to tell us about the Oregon Made brands, and said if we had any questions to please feel free to ask. Upon hearing the Oregon made we had already decided that Rife's was going to be receiving our business. Not only were we more interested in shopping local but buying local was a HUGE plus. After narrowing our desires down, we returned to Rife's the next day (sooner than expected) to purchase our Sofa. EVERYONE was pleasant to work with, answer our questions and guide us through the process (it had been over 10 years since our last sofa purchase) Our delivery came 2 days later, the delivery had a minor hitch, the size of our door way, but the employees figured out a way, got our sofa into our house. They set everything up in the location we desired, finished putting everything together and make sure we were happy before they left. I will 100000000% be shopping with Rife's again. Thank you everyone!!!!!!

I met Ashli at Rife’s recently while looking for a console/entertainment table. She provided some helpful suggestions and showed me around while also giving me some space to explore on my own. Completing the final transaction and load out was quick and easy and the personable and relatable demeanor shown in my experience was comforting and friendly. I had the opportunity to trial the piece at home for a few days but after the first day I was sold on keeping it. Great policy and people and exactly what I needed.
