Parking situation has become a big problem since you've allowed cars to be parked without permit. I keep enduring with daily headaches from this building, from uncontrolled ice-cream vans to looking for a parking on a street like half mile from here even at 7pm. Nothing works here, you need a better management. And google should have allowed reviewers to post with no star because this place does not deserve one!!!!

If I could give this place no stars I would 🙃 but overall when we first moved everything was well but we had roaches mind we moved in and they were already crawling everywhere they had sent a person to just put cream on the walls. Which didn’t help I went two time to tell them personally and wrote a maintenance request as well. They didn’t go when we left it was so embarrassing because how bad the roaches were lived by the trash and right by neighbors that weren’t clean. Once we moved out we got billed for the pest company to go which I was asking for since I moved in. They billed us 400 we paid it the same week that we received the bill. They took out the money right away but now I am received a bill from the debt collectors because it says that we didn’t pay the bill. I wouldn’t recommend because they rip you off.

Moved in when Johnson and Reye owned the property and it was amazing. Maintenance issues were fixed within a day or two of letting the office know. After they sold it to Princeton they changed the parking policies limiting hours when you could have visitors, towed away residents cars and were generally not in the office during posted business hours. It also took weeks and multiple times submitting maintenance forms to the office for them to even take a look at something. Princeton raised the rents every year by an exorbitant amount that made it cheaper for us to buy a house. They also introduced many fees for things that were originally covered by normal rent and still advertised as covered.

I use to live in those apartments, parking policy was fine. Now, Parking policy suck big time I went over to help my brother in law. I parked in a free parking took his car dropped it to a auto shop to get fix, came back and my car was towed with in two hour car was gone.. I guess that how Greenwood park make money since not a lot of people wanna live in Greenwood apartment. I don't recommend living in Greenwood park apartment. Understandable they got to make money somehow, if not rent then towing people's car. They don't even deserve a star on the rating. And just by looking at the reviews, seems like almost every body's having the same problem.
