I have only lived here for a few months but I give this place 5 stars purely on their maintenance staff, they are incredibly responsive and fast and kind. Every time I’ve requested maintenance they are at my apartment within a few hours (literally) and have the issue resolved quickly and professionally. We have dogs and they are always kind and accommodating to my animals, I’ve never lived at a place that has such awesome maintenance staff.

They stole our deposit. After living there through our whole lease they say ‘carpet and flooring is free after your lease is done’ they took 1800 dollars. How in any way do people think this is ok. They steal your money and don’t care. DO NOT RENT. The parking is terrible. The staff was always nice and always helped but not only this time did they over charge us but they also towed our car after stating we could park in said spot until opening. And it was gone the next morning. Horrible horrible place.

I just called because they were kids outside of the apartment complex selling lemonade. They were walking into traffic and I was worried about their safety. The manager promptly called me back and told me that he is not a babysitter, it is not his problem and that I should take care of it myself. I said I was worried about their safety since they obviously live at the complex and he told me he didn’t care. The manager at this property obviously does not care about their tenants from this phone call. I would advise anyone not to rent here. *It was definitely your intention, since the phrase “I don’t care” and “it’s not my problem” came from your property manager. I have no interest in visiting your property.
