This is my go-to shop for all non-mechanical motorcycle gear and will be so long as the same people work there. Prices are within-reason, but the staff is what makes this shop the best. They're all knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. Feels like you make friends walking in. 10/10. Cant speak for maintenance-related services.

Best service in town. Stopped here to pick up heated gloves on my way through back to Canada. All staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Specifically Logan even went out of his way to fix my helmet so the visor would seal better. HUGE Thank you it worked great! Will shop here again!!

Customer service has always been top notch until I visited on 4-21-22. Noone greeted me or even asked if I needed help and I was only one in store and 2 people up front working and I asked for help and he asked me to wait so he could answer phone. I will be back and hoping for excellent service like always next time. Hopefully just caught them on a bad day.

They had a good selection of helmets but I think the salesman jacked the price up on my helmet. Also declined to offer me a box and extra pads the helmet comes with. Got home and found out same helmet was 50 dollars less on their website. Shady at least.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
