Came into the store around 6:20ish tonight to look for a sunshade for my car. I wasn't greeted and when I asked the young male associate a question he acted bothered and replied with an attitude. We were looking around the store for a little bit and my husband had a question. We couldn't find anyone so we waited up at the register. A manager, a bit older, came over and asked if we were ready to check out. My husband replied that he had a question. The guy got snippy and shook his head. He asked my husband a few questions and rolled his eyes and even sighed. Sorry we asked you some questions. Ive been a Manger in many places and never have I ever treated my customers that rudely. They need more customer service training!

Rafael helped us by replacing our dead battery, in the rain, on the 4th of July. With customer service like this, I will go out of my way to visit this AutoZone for future needs. Thanks so much, Rafael!

Uninformed/lazy employees, high prices. I've gotten car parts from here a few times, and have been given the wrong part every time. This is an example of a typical shopping experience at this store.. if I'm not buying a part (learned my lesson eventually) I walk in knowing what i need and walk straight to where it's likely located. The kid at the counter yells across the store to ask me if i need help finding something. If i say yes i know from experience with various AutoZones there's a good chance he wont know what the item actually is and will direct me to a different isle, only for me to realize listening to his suggestion was a mistake and finding the item in the isle i was originally in. There you go. Autozone needs to pay more and ensure their employees are more competent and actually care about their job. I have heard stories from former employees here saying they will purposely ruin car batteries in hopes of making a sale on a new battery. ANY Autozone is always a last resort.

Went in to use the restroom with my boyfriend and they told us they have already had couples “making a mess together in the back” and that we needed to buy something to use a PUBLIC RESTROOM!! Main guy was very judge mental and assuming without even know us. All we wanted to go to the bathroom IN SEPARATE RESTROOMS.
