Go to the AutoZone on Argonne and Montgomery. They most of them know what the hell their talking about.

Depends on who you get like at any retail store. There is usually 2-3 people the can help you out with most questions or items. And most mechanics don't want a minimum wage job. So when going there remember the younger the employee the better chance they don't know the difference between a starter and alternator.
