The University of Miami accepts the vast majority of insurance; however, for the fertility issue, the question is, what type of plan does the patient have. Not all insurance covers fertility. Most insurances (which are not Medicare, Medicaid, or Obamacare Market Place) cover consultation and diagnostic tests but not fertility treatments.
