In 2020 prior the pandemic lockdown I drove about 300 miles from western Washington to buy a used 2017 Bambi Sport 16 at this dealership under the previous ownership. I had an occasion to use the A/C for the first time on an outing last year during the unusual heatwave around June and it didn’t work. During the walkthrough, at the time of purchase, they demonstrated that the fan worked and I trusted that it meant the A/C was working—as they did not divulge otherwise—nor did I question whether the water heater, water pump, solar system, etc. were working. In trying to see what level of service or solution the new dealership would provide the women who I talked to was quick to brush me off to another dealership in my area even though I was in Spokane on my way to Yellowstone with my trailer. They were unwilling to stand behind the Airstream name to provide a high level of service or a solution. I chose them over the first dealership I went to in Milton, WA thinking I would get better service. I would be wary of making a purchase here at the risk of future ownership changes. You may not get the support you expect from this dealership for such an elite company like Airstream.

I do have to preface this review by stating I am not near the dealership and did not actually get to go in person. My intent was to order a new Airstream. However, I did not fair too well with response times. I did have an initial auto generated email from my online order request using their ebrochure. I responded with solidifying wanting to order, requesting next steps and was asked to provide times for a call. I did provide times, but never received a call or follow up email. I have since ordered through a different Airstream dealer.

I had the pleasure of recently purchasing an Airstream from Airstream of Spokane. From my first interaction with them it was clear that all of their staff were extremely knowledgeable and they were very patient with my questions as a first time RV Buyer. At each step in the buying process I felt very well taken care of and they went the extra mile to accommodate a number of extra requests I had (like adding solar for example) in a very short time even though they were fantastically busy. They made the buying process painless and spent a lot of time with me before I hit the road so that I understood all of the systems on the trailer and was able to make it through our first weekend. To top it all off it was my son's birthday on the day we picked up the trailer and the good folks at Airstream of Spokane decorated the inside of the trailer with birthday balloons so we had a big 'birthday surprise' cake inside the trailer. Truly a magical moment and it wouldn't have been possible without Nick, Karyn, Doug and Jasper and all of the great folks at Airstream of Spokane. I can't recommend them highly enough, and on our drive home to Seattle I've already recommended them to 3 prospective Airstreamer's who wanted to know more about our trailer. Thank you to everyone at Airstream of Spokane for creating such a wonderful memory for my family.

Superior service from very friendly and knowledgeable people with first rate products. We bought our new trailer there and had a great experience of orientation to the world of Airstream trailers to newbys with little prior knowledge, overnight camping on the property to test all systems, and superior service since that time 5 years ago. Truly a dealer and service ( Doug) with integrity, honesty and competence.
