I asked for a one time treatment for mice in the garage. What I got was an 18 month contract which totaled roughly $1000 after it would have been all said and done. I know I should have read the fine print, but what I was led on to believe was that my mouse problem would be taken care of as well as some traps around the house to get the looming spiders. I had to finally cancel 9 months in after my realization that I’d spent $540 already and I’d seen technicians at my house only 3 times. I’m not doubting their product, or their professional business manner, I just feel I got looped into an expensive contract much sooner than I expected. I will take a majority of the blame for not reading the fine print, but I honestly did not know I was singing up for such a bill. Take it for what you will. Alta does great work in keeping pests away. I do feel slightly robbed by the price.

Cody was the first tech we have had that did a great thorough job! If this is how every visit is going to be I’ll keep my Alta service after contract! Overall I don’t have a lot of complaints other than some techs seem to take the job serious as some don’t.
