We are so happy with the hardworking people at District 3. A short time ago we had flooding around our property. I called District 3 and within 20 minutes a gentleman named Dave was here to assess the situation. Not even an hour later, and entire crew was out to do excavation and repair. They were excellent at communication and tried to minimize the inconvenience of our water being off. I truly appreciate everyone who made quick work of the project.
