Upon entry there is a musty smell. That evening it got worse. The next morning there was a roach in the bathroom. Notified front desk they said they would talk with housekeeping and spray? Came back that evening only to find more crawling. Went down to front desk ask what were my options. Was told only the manager can refund. Every where was booked so I stayed. Called the next morning spoke with the manager he was of no help. Basically rushed me off the phone. He said that there were no notes on my room that mentioned a problem. And that he will have a meeting with housekeeping regarding the problem. Asked me when was I leaving and when I would return. Which I didn’t understand because they are housekeepers not exterminators? Basically did nothing. Which this probably my fault because I should have demanded a refund. Hopefully this review will help someone so that they know to just stay away.

Location was conveniently located near restaurants and bed was pretty comfortable but there were a lot of problems. The in room phone didn't work, the security lock on door was loose and hard to use, the drain was disconnected from the tub, there were roaches, and the closet door was missing. It was not well maintained, you could see the carpet pulling away from the walls, drawers where the glides fell off, the shower head was old and needed to be replaced, and shelves falling out of refrigerator. We stayed for 3 nights and notified them several times of the defective items and they were never repaired. We do not plan on staying at a Comfort Inn again.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answered all of my questions. The room was very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the balcony was an added benefit! Our room had a nice little coffee pot, complimentary coffee packs, and complimentary snacks. Our hotel was a short drive to the beach.

Really convenient. Right off the freeway. Has small washers and dryers. Close to many good food chains. Super quick check in. Great breakfast variety. Could use a renovation, however I would stay here again.
