Don't let these reviews fool you this place is like any other apartment building. Maintenance is always available when I need them with a request of course and do not let me get started with Vanessa she makes sure things are done and always is there to answer a call. These are old apartments so you'll see a spider or 2 and maybe a cockaroch but there is a pool here and they are water bugs but I haven't seen one ever in my apartment.

Everything is good to the point where management won't do anything about a tenant who is living in a garage doing painting in the middle of the night. I have called the security but all they say is they can't do anything since the contract doesn't state they can't paint in the garage. I have a kid and my neighbors as well and it's annoying how this one tenant who is living in the garage be painting at 12midnight or 2 in the morning. We have the fans on the window blowing air inside the house when all of a sudden we get that paint odor. The complex am talking about is the 4641 so stay away from renting on this side. They want the rent money 💰💰💰 cool but they won't do anything about this tenant who is just loud, doing body work on his car or painting or slamming the garage door multiple times. It's been 5 months here and it's a nightmare dealing with this situation. Management will see this but am done with this whole situation. Hope the city will hear from me and have air quality team stop by and do something about this.

Do not move here I am currently moving due to infestation of roaches all around the apartment building. People leave trash at their door and clothes on stair rails. Management is absolutely terrible this apartment complex needs to be rebuilt from the ground up . The Roaches have taken over making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I warn you, DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX! You will be extremely disappointed.
