This post office had the rudest employee. She was so snappy and disrespectful when asked simple questions and she couldn't even pull up an adress that I have used many times. This was an extremely unpleasant experience and I will be using a different post office in the future

When you call the number the automated message rattles on for an endless amount of time about Covid. THIS IS NOT A COVID HELP LINE, or Public Health Service. Good luck connecting to someone at the local branch 👎

I know it’s Christmas and you’re all overworked and overwhelmed but it’s no excuse to treat people like garbage. I went in today to pick up a package and the front desk person was so incredibly rude about it because I had the tracking number instead of the “claim number”. I accidentally said my name first before my address and she went off on me.

In the past year this location has lost more packages for my address than all the other locations servicing where I've lived, combined. I was waiting for a package that the tracking said would be delivered today. The tracking info shows it was delivered today at 11:11. I checked my mailbox at 11:30, and all that was there was junk mail. I immediately call their 800 number (as the local office is closed), thinking that so close to the time that it was delivered, there would be a chance that it could be recovered from wherever they incorrectly dropped it. After being on hold for a hour and 17 minutes, I was able to speak with a rep on the east coast. She took all of my info, verified that the sender had the correct address on the package, and gave me a claim number stating that someone would be in contact with me within 3 business days. I'm upset that I'll likely not get this package (which was a one-of-a-kind, not able to be replaced present), and it was stolen by the postal service. I'll be taking the camera footage I have of my mailbox, showing no one messing with my mail from the time the carrier delivered the junk mail, updated the tracking wrongly showing it was delivered, and me going out 20 minutes later to check the mail. On edit: my regular mail carrier is the problem. He consistently scans items as delivered before he is even at my property. Then, he neglects to deliver the items he previously scanned. This latest incident ended with 2 other people tracking down the problem. By late afternoon on Monday, they found my package and delivered it. I wish I could give more stars for their pleasantness and helpfulness, but unfortunately I still have to deal with my regular mail carrier. We should be able to request carriers who don't act indignant and entitled.

The last time I checked $10.00 a month for the smallest box, had to be rented six months at a time.
