Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received here. Would never recommend this company to anyone. After notification of a rent increase I canceled my contract 5 days after my bill renewed at the new price and they refused to prorate the remaining balance. So they got $500 for 5 days and can rent to another person next day for an additional 500.

Unannounced price increases are frequent and poor maintenance of storage units results in water-damaged items. Access is restricted from seven to seven, but somehow, folks are living within their storage units—no enforcement of regulations or protection of your items. Storage locks are easily bypassed since they are a poor style (either have them for purchase or provide your own, but only one type is allowed at check-in).

They did a great job honestly the only good storage with professionals and an actual good building that isn’t inhabited by a bunch of transients and is always cleaned and staffed

Friendly. When I ordered over the phone my unit the person was very easy to talk to and knew how to do their job. When I was finished with my unit they were just as friendly when I ordered my unit. We joked around. Every time I entered the place and came across someone that worked there they said hello and waved. Best storage facility I have ever been to. Hopefully I don’t ever need a storage place again but if I did I go back in a heartbeat.
