Sorry, no. From library website: Customers can apply for a U.S. passport or passport card at Central Library, which is an officially-designated passport application acceptance facility. The Kings Highway passport acceptance facility has reopened with limited hours, Thursday and Friday to Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
