What happened La Salle? They never answer the phone when my kids are really sick and need appointments.

Honestly i have no idea what went wrong. I’ve been going to this clinic for 13 years my kids went here from the day they left the hospital. Never once have I ever had an issue staff was definitely on top of things a little snobby but like I said they where good at there job. they would call me for updates, reminders and this and my main concern right now is staff will always answer the phones and even when I left a message they was quick to call me back. Nothing I remember was Dr. Holston telling me that she’s gonna be moving to Massachusetts she was a great doctor. And then every visit after that was horrible started seeing new staff then phones stopped it’s there’s no way to get a hold of them it’s not bad

This clinic is not good any more I was bringing my kids since 20 or more years ago But Now is a really bad service, Not answering calls to make appointments And the Medical assistance is poor 👎👎
