Initially it was a great deal. 7x10 space for $140 a month. Easy access. But the final month they raised my rent $80. The reasoning was to meet the local demand for the units. They were supposed to give notice but no notice was received. I just walked in to pay and they told me $220. Not the workers fault. But I canceled right after. You send text notifications for payment reminders and thank yous and even this survey, but a postcard which I never received was ok for increasing my payment. No thank you.
