I got my passport here at 2:30 pm on 6/21/2022 and the last that did it was SO GOOD at her job. I was late for my appointment (my fault) so she took the folks that came early, but I didn’t have to wait long and then from the time I got to the counter the the time I was done was about 10 minutes, including having my photo taken. would have been quicker if I didn’t mess up on the form, and quickest if I had done the form ahead of time and printed it. Everyone I’ve talked to has said there passport app. Process was long and tedious, so I’m more than happy with my experience.

I've had nothing but issues with this post office and its "managment" if that's what you call it. I have a fence that was backed into by person unknown and they stopped delivering mail due to me having a dog which I'd understandable. They said I either had to repair/replace my fence which is very costly or buy a dog kennel to contain my dog in my yard...no problem I bought a 6x10x6 dog kennel to contain my dog which was quite costly yet when I went in to resume service the manager said this would not be efficient. This isn't my first or even 2nd or 3rd issue with the mail carrier or manager I've had to tell the mail carrier to stop walking across my yard when I was redoing my grass about half a dozen times he's engaged my kids as they were in the yard about my dog even though he was in the yard that at the time was fenced completely which is very inappropriate. I'm at the point of filing harassment due to them continuing to not deliver my mail the dog kennel wasn't good enough and now they are returning all my mail unless I buy a p.o. box this has gotten out of control.

Got a notice that my package was returned to sender based off an "insufficient address" even though I verified the address with call center and have had packaged deliever prior by usps. Was told to wait till the next day and hope that it wasn't sent back to the sender. No contact attempts to receiver were made prior to them returning to sender. Incredibly disappointed with the service. Will encourage anyone to not use usps. Terrible call center, terrible professionalism, and terrible policies regarding packages.

The staff here is amazing. They've hunted down packages for me and have always been pleasant. I love my carriers as well. The poor rating is due to the lady who does the passports. There are several positive reviews for her but she is giving out inaccurate information. I work in the same field and what she is telling customers is entirely inaccurate. I've approached the post office with this information and she continues to do so. It's really disappointing to see this place with a rating below 3. But having addressed this situation with the manger and seeing it continue, I can't say I'm surprised.
