I don't recommend to anyone. 3 false diagnosis and paid 700$. I told them that the problem was not fixed so that they fix it, they said they'll call back but never called back. Firstly, It was said a battery problem, changed it, didn't work, then a starter problem, they changed it, not fixed. Called them back about it, representative said manager will call back, then they didn't. 700$ wasted, my car still is not working. They left out some wires hanging too. Right after they finished, the recommendation they gave was to sell the car.

I have been to this fire stone only 2 times and both times have been awful. I would have gone somewhere else but this is the only shop in walking distance from my house. I made an appointment ahead of time, and both times and both times the told me I would still have to wait over 2 hours. The appointment that is most recent was an oil change. and even though I made an appointment in advance and he tried to tell me that it would take that long to get an oil change done and even though I had an appointment I would have to wait 2 hours. I informed the man that I can’t leave my car here for two hours since I have work that night and I asked if there was anything he can do since I made the appointment ahead of time and he said “I’ll try.” Also I did call in the morning g around 10 and check on the appointment and they said I would be no problem and It was all set up. I wish they would have told me on the phone that it was still a 2 hour wait even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. This place has the worst care and the highest prices. Like I don’t mean to be a Karen or anything but this is the worst place ever to get your oil changed. Go anywhere else. Also side note. Every man here had an inappropriate comment to make to me or stared at me the whole time I was there. All of these older men are creepy, if you are a women do not go here alone. They will not do your car fast and make you extremely uncomfortable while they work on your car.

I'd forgotten how awful this place is. I went out of convenience to get my car inspected. After the 2 staff people at the counter laughed at me when I shared with them that it just came from a mechanic in NY, and I didn't think much would be found that needed to get it to pass (as Maryland is incredibly hard to get a car to pass without SOME repairs)...I should have left. But, that was my fault. They failed me to the tune of almost 2k of estimated repairs. I picked up my car, and brought it to another mechanic (that also does inspections), that confirmed the list was absolutely inflated. AND, Firestone DIDN'T fail my windshield for the NY registration stickers on it (which my mechanic pointed out). If you need tires, limp to Macs. If you need LITERALLY ANYTHING done for your car DO NOT BRING IT HERE. There are at least two VERY good mechanics within blocks that actually honor appointment times, are respectful of your time, and are reputable. PLEASE do NOT go here!!!

Everything was bad from the moment I walked into the store, I was informed my vehicle would NOT be able to get worked on until the end of the day. I explained to the sales associate I was unable to leave my vehicle all day there. He then informed me I had an option which was to leave the tire that needed repair at Firestone. He then proceeded to tell me he would call me to keep me updated. I got an email with my work order #. I then proceed to wait until 6pm when I call in the store to get updates since no one has called. After reaching to someone they explain my tire is not ready YET but will be ready SOON. I receive an email and call informing me my repaired tire is ready for pick up but I have until 7pm. Of course I was unable to make it in the short amount of time I was informed. They explain I can go in the next day to pick up. I agreed and on the next day I walk in and they proceed to tell me that I have to pay for a NEW TIRE?? Confused as I was I then ask how is it that I have to pay for a repair, it made no sense. Representative then finally decides to inform me that my tire was unrepairable and I have to get a new one. I never got one explanation whatsoever on what happened to my tire that made it "unrepairable". I asked for the procedure if I just wanted my tire back since there was a huge lack of communication of this issue and I never authorized anything! NEXT he tells me he can’t give me the tire because it’s no longer there!! The issue became bigger than it should have. To the point where I found myself talking to 3 different male representatives at the counter. Left with no other option but to pay for the tire that I never authorized to get. Finally I got threatened by the representative that my warranty that I PURCHASED would be removed with no cause. I’m very disappointed with customer service. I never plan coming back for any service. Definitely will NOT be recommending this to any family members or friends.
