Mean and hateful woman at the counter, after ordering 2 combo meals that cost over 25$, I asked her for a cup of water for my 1 year old. She walked away and said they don’t have cups for water. I went and got my drink and noticed that the soda machine had a section for water so I asked her again about the cup for water. She said it cost $1, I agreed to pay for it but she then charged me for a breakfast item, then handed me the small cup for water. I felt like she lied. Why charge me for a breakfast item when you claim that the cup of water cost a dollar? I requested a full refund for my entire meal and went elsewhere to enjoy my lunch. Treating certain customers badly for no reason is wrong.

Don't go here you want to use deals. I set the BK app to this location, picked a deal, tapped "use at restaurant," got a screen with "say this code to your order taker;" but when I gave them the code, I was told I couldn't use them there. They claimed that it's a "special" Burger King (whatever that means). At least remove your location and deals from the BK app if you want to be cheap. 🤷♀️ I had no issues with the 2 employees I interacted with besides a language barrier. The food that I got wasn't warm and the cheese wasn't melted. Definitely won't be going back we I can just got to a non-"special" location that actually accepts coupon codes.

Family member and I both got poor burgers from this location and a HAIR! in one of the burgers. Burgers king was contacted weeks ago multiple times. This location has done nothing but post fake five stars reviews to boost there ratings. This is by far the most disgusting, shady, and incompetent fast food place I've ever been to.

I recently took my daughter to this Burger King , when I placed my order and went to pay ; she informed me that Apple Pay was not at drive thru (which is strangely odd ) and that she would take my phone and do it up front . When she came back she informed me that my “Apple Pay” was declined when it was full blown cash on the Apple Card . Lol the manager came And rudely asked me to get out the line because I ain’t have no money . Which was very rude and I did have money I didn’t know what was wrong , she then told me she was going to call the police because I was “holding up “ her line as I was trying to find my other payment method. I am appalled that someone would try to call the cops on someone who “didn’t have money “ which was not TRUE . I went to Starbucks right after and use my Apple Pay with no problem. I want that supervisor fired .

Last time we went over there it was under construction.
