What's not to love about Heritage Square Apartmen? I love the staff fast response to repairs, the community is always clean from my doorstep to the parking lot and my neighbors are friendly. My wife love this community too because every store is walking distance from us. Glad to be here.

I have been in this neighborhood for over 2 years. It's been a nightmare coping with the people on the 3rd floor. I tried to talk them into controlling the kid(s) that turned the apartment into play ground but nothing good came out of it. The situation has affected me such that I am thinking of moving out at the expiration of my Lease. 😡😡😡.

I have lived here 20 years. Location convenient to shopping and close to local highways for errands and major highways for further travel. Nice quiet neighborhood, good neighbors, easy online rent payment. Whenever I had a plumbing problem I got prompt service. Staff has always been nice to me.

I wish there was 0 🌟 I had the worst experience ver in this apartment complex. Every single day at least one thing must get bad in the apartment, either the sink is blocked, the ceiling is dripping water or the bath tub is blocked. The worse part was the fact that they had bugs, not only roaches but bed bugs and also the fact that I had to pay for the maintenance of the house when I moved out for the new tenant. I paid for the painting of the apartment and changing the carpet in addition to my security deposit that was never refunded This apartment complex are big scam. I am happy I don't ever have to deal with them and no other apartment in general

how much is 2 bedroom
When we first moved here 15 years ago you didn't pay any utilities. Now you just pay water. And although i have no problem with that it's the way your water bill is calculated that's suspect in my opinion. Management's logic is that the fuller your building is the less your bill will be. In reference to what a 2 bedroom wound cost i would suggest that you go by the market value. Also, they use to give you a 5 tear lease. Then it was a 3 year lease. Then 1 year, now it's monthly. It's just guess to show you that the slogan "family friendly" is actually "corporate friendly" Yet we are still here.
No fitness. But we have a pool
There is no one definite amount for rent here. Each block has its separate rent so u have to find out using the particular basement u want
