I was very impressed with Kevon on my trip to this location today. I was looking at different options to help my friend search for a new sofa for her apartment. It was very clear that we were just window shopping today, but Kevon still took the time to make us feel welcomed and to treat us with the same respect as any customer who was set to make a purchase that day. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable on all floor products. I will be returning to this location just to shop with him in the future.

Nick and Kevon were great! I wanna say like Batman and Robin 😂. Naw for real they were extremely patient with me and my mom. They stayed past closing to make sure our issues were addressed with the purchase because I had trouble with redeeming my warranty from 7years ago. Nick was sure to get me a great deal and find a delivery date that suited my mom. Kevon was on us from the time we entered the store til the time we left trying to help us find what we liked. He also showed empathy with the old warranty that had expired, and assured us the new warranty was better. These guys have exceptional customer service. I'm extremely satisfied with the set that I purchased my mom which will be her early mother's day gift.

I came in to Value City looking for a new sofa and love seat! I was greeted by Anita Thomas to assist! She was amazing! She gave me the space to shop around the wonderful showroom and once completed, we discussed my choices! She was amazing! We discussed my concerns with sturdiness given that I have a teenaged child! She ultimately helped me find two wonderful pieces that I love! She was extremely knowledgeable about the pieces offered and gave me much insight to help me make that decision! She explained the delivery process and even discussed the protection plan and what to do if there are any issues or concerns with the furniture! She was very friendly and I enjoyed working with her! I would definitely come back and look for her to help me again in the future! Top notch service and Anita was an amazing salesperson!! Five stars for sure!

Mr Everton was very welcoming and professional. He assisted me with a great living room set. I would refer everyone to come speak with him and he will definitely hook you up. I’m very pleased with my decision.. update, 2 months later and my only complaint about this type of light colored leather furniture is clothes color transfer. A friend sat on the couch and her blue denim jean color stained the furniture. However I did purchase the warranty. They sent two different technicians to my house to address the situation, to no avail , the color transfer could not be removed.
