Their professionalism, kindness, & sensitivity to the situation during such a stressful time are very much appreciated. This company has almost cost me my job. They are never on time no matter how much notice you give them. I order taxis the night or morning before, for an hour before I would even LEAVE for work. And they arrive 5 minutes before my shift starts. I call and they say yes your taxi will be there exactly then, and they arrive 40 minutes later after changing taxi drivers twenty times. The taxis are dirty and the drivers unprofessional, they always drive a different way to my work and tell me tmi facts about themselves. They enter my card number by hand very slowly, when I’m already late for work because of them. Very unreliable. Forgot to say they charged me an extra dollar for running outside 2 minutes after they arrived, and they arrived an HOUR early.
