Dr. Maddox and his team are wonderful. They were kind, caring, and effectively addressed my concerns. I appreciate their excellent care.

They don't treat humans with respect. My interaction was with Sandy Teeter AGNP this 1 star is for Sandy Teeter AGNP. In a medically advanced society I went 5 weeks with a lodged kidney stone. The reason was I had a bad infection on my leg when the kidney stone situation occurred. I was informed that I had to let the infected wound heal before the doctors could address the kidney stone. The doctors did not want the blood infection to infect the kidney stone situation. So 5 weeks later the leg was healed and the kidney stone was addressed. Dealing with Sandy Teeter AGNP I go 10 weeks with a 9mm lodged kidney stone because she tells me I don't have a kidney stone situation. Then she tells me to get in line to get checked for a hernia. I eventually ignore her advice and seek treatment outside of Coos County. I am guessing Sandy either wanted me to suffer with the pain of a kidney stone or she is extremely incompetent. Sandy Teeter AGNP set a appointment for a follow up. This was about 3 months later. I am guessing she wanted to talk with me regarding the hernia scan. I tried to talk with her regarding the kidney stone situation and she deflected the conversation, took some low verbal punches, showed me the door and then sent me her letter of resignation.

I absolutely love every experience I have here. I love the OBGYN team there. My midwife Meredith Batty and her assistant nurse Jenna are absolutely amazing and patient, including everyone in that office. The lab team is amazing, I faint with needles and there was a tech that sat with me and let me take my time. I went for an EKG and had my son with me and she was so patient and kind. I can’t say enough about every experience I’ve had here. Great team of midwife’s, doctors, and nurses.

I was referred to Dr. Simmonds to have a conference with her to see if my lower abdomen pain was caused by endometriosis or a prolapse. I have asperger's and ptsd and was misunderstood by them. They never called me to schedule an appointment. 2 weeks later I called them about it. They gave me reason after reason that they could not schedule me yet. One of the women in her office told me if I had a prolapse it was not urgent and they could push it all back inside me during an office visit there. Dr. Simmonds answered her office phone one of the times I called because her m a was out of the office. She told me her m a would call me to schedule an appointment. The next morning her m a called me and told me appointments were 2 months out, but still would not schedule an appointment for me. I finally went to urgent care there to see if I could be referred elsewhere. By this time it had been 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment to just be scheduled. Urgent care canceled the referral to Dr. Simmonds and referred me to another Dr. in women's health. They called me the next morning and would not schedule me till they had certain paperwork. The paperwork they were talking about was already available at north bend medical center. I offered to bring them the paperwork so I could get scheduled. She said I already had a gynecologist. I told her I had not been to one in 4 years and did not have one. She told me that if I had seen a gynecologist in the last 5 years I had to provide documentation that I was no longer their patient to get scheduled for an appointment. She said let me help you and got off the phone. When she got back to talk again on the phone she told me she had discharged me from the entire gynecology department there. I talked to patient access after this and a lady there made excuses for their behavior acting like it was my fault. I have 2 friends that will vouch for me trying to work with them in my interactions. I was given no way to complain to a higher staff member. My primary care doctor at their Bandon location would not refer me to anywhere else for gynecology after this. I have since changed doctors and am now able to access the medical care I need. They were so worried about covering for their staff that they forgot to try to provide medical care to me. That was all I was asking for. I will not go there again for anything.

Don't split me and pearl up we want to see the same doctor we have been doing this for 19yrs this is very important. Very upset about this
I have Jeff as a doctor and think he is great! One of the best I have ever dealt with, maybe you had a bad day?
Well, if he isn't doing anything about it your options are limited. This isn't really the place for asking this, but I would suggest Senior Disabled Services as your recourse. They are part of DHS and might investigate. Prepare yourself first, and don't contact them while emotional or they might dismiss you.
Call North Bend Medical tell him what doctor they'll direct you to that office and tell them you need to cancel your appointment
You should call the Day Surgery Department to confirm at 541-267-5151, Ext. 1249.
Yes, the Immediate Care Clinic can provide them. However; it is probably cheaper to go to the pharmacy and grab an at-home test.
Unfortunately, no. Our orthopedic surgeon specializes in the spine and neck.

Fill out a release of records form. They are record by law to give you copies of any records they have on you. The medical records department will have these forms for you to complete.
I was just assigned to Dr. Muller there and I've heard nothing but wonderful things

You have options. First, I would call the Physicians office and calmly ask them to still see her, they generally will give another chance. Keep in mind, no showed appointments are taking from other patients who could really use that slot too. Try to understand the nature of a busy practice. Furthermore, if they are unwilling to accept her back for some reason, you can call patient placement Services and get assigned to someone new. If she has Advanced health, she can call her insurance company and get reassigned much faster. If for some unknown reason those options fail, the waterfall clinic is accepting new patients last I heard. I'm sorry you feel this way and i hope this helps. If you need someone to help you, you can always call the Care Management department and they can offer you information to help or if needed, even speak to the physician for you to advocate. Good luck with everything and know that you haven't exhausted all your options.
Thank you for your question. We do not offer ACLS or BLS classes at this time. We have worked with local firefighters in the past to provided these courses for our staff.
No they are not
They wouldn't be able to give sound, or useful, medical advice without knowing all that is going on.
