I often struggle with human interaction, but, surprisingly, Sandy has consistently been easy to communicate with, both over the phone, and in person. I'm not the easiest customer, either. I've had issues keeping an automated payment set up, due to losing a debit card some months ago, and not having a stable address where i could receive a new one. I've missed payments for a month or two, various times. (Though i've always paid my bill later on, including late fees and what not, without issue). Despite these difficulties, Sandy has been patient and understanding with me. Downright friendly, in fact. This human touch is such a rare experience with the majority of businesses in our modern times.... I truly appreciate Sandy and The Fortress. I can't fully express what it means to me to not DREAD making a phone call. And to come away from phone conversations feeling like i was heard, understood, and treated well is just unheard of in my life! Thank you, Sandy! I highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage space on the Oregon Coast!

Close to home Clean, safe storage. Nice friendly folks who run this place. Better prices than other places and you can pull them up online to check if they have openings, the size and price...what could be more simple and time saving than that? I would recommend this place.

Need Help! The manager Debbie Haire at the coos bay fortress location told us she is throwing all our belongings away and will have us arrested if we come on the property because we had a cigarette while moving our belongings into the unit? We were outside and nobody was there but us. Because we argued with her she called the police and evicted us? This wasn't a matter of not being able to pay, but a matter of not having the time needed to find another unit and move our belongings. We were about halfway done moving our belongings out last night. Then today they cut our lock and put theirs on, blatantly told me she was going to throw our belongings away chuckling about it the whole time. She then advised us she had already called the police and reported us for trespassing!!!??? They lied and said we had till the end of the week when I called them on the phone several nights ago asking for more time. Now my wife and I are at a loss of what to do! Had we known what kind of a power hungry monster we were trusting our belongings with we never would have rented. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US KEEP OUR BELONGINGS! All our Pictures, Our Clothes! My Computer! They are all in there!!! We just needed another day or two. We even offered to pay double for the extra time! That woman took pleasure in doing this to us. She has been Highly unprofessional throughout this entire ordeal. Just because storage is scarce around here doesn't give her the right to push people around and abuse her position. Very Rude. She's on some kind of a power trip I do believe. Please help. I'm afraid by the time an attorney intervenes our belongings will be in the dump.

I recommend this place - it's secure and the prices are reasonable. The folks who run the facility, Debbie and Vern, are good people and very helpful, especially if you're new to the area.

They don't store any type of vehicles
Monthly rates vary depending upon the size of the unit. I'm not really sure of availability. You can call the number in the phone book or stop in the office to get the answers you need. The managers are always very friendly and helpful.
Yes, you can access your unit 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
