Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Management is full of greedy scammers with no customer service skills and has every purpose to take advantage of the students that live there. It is a shame to see a place so corrupt.

My daughter was taken advantage with extra fees and what felt like scams to exploit young adults. Without her knowledge, they changed the room she agreed to sublet from another student. Due to that factor she decided not to take the room and found another student to sublet. Now they are trying to charge her $500 for a finding a student to sublet, while she found the student herself. Move in fee, Admin Fee, Amenity fee, Application fee, They are taken advantage of college students to mess up the credit and finances in an effort to exploit students of color in Howard and others in the area. Terrible corporation, beware
