Great , fun filled with so many restaurants and a fish market. We visited the roof top of the hotel with spectacular views of DC and Virginia. Here you can watch the planes land. The wings were tasty and friendly staff.

Really lovely for a scenic night walk. We walked there on Friday night after 10pm and it was lively and felt safe because it was strategically well lit. Strategic in the sense that the lighting didn't ruin the mood but it was still illuminating. There were also a lot of restaurants on the stretch and also an AMC cinema and an ice cream truck parked nearby.

Probably because it’s a cloudy day in the end of the fall, the park didn’t look as beautiful as I initially expected. However, I would love to come back in better weather and see if it’s more lively and beautiful. Since it’s very close to the canal, visitors can also plan for a walk along the canal, which is a very interesting and tranquil walk.

There is parking on either side of the M st. If you can't find empty spot, you can try public parking @ 1072 Wisconsin Ave NW.

There is two water fountains one in the park were kids can run and play under (I believe that is not running right now) and the water fountain that is by the restaurants (turns color and can take wonderful pics) is on and running.
